Quick question: You do biceps on day 1 and 6. What kind of workout do you do for arms on day 6 (since there is only 1 day of rest between the next arm workout and you are just coming off of a back day)? Also, do you only do biceps or do you do triceps again as well? I have been laid off from a surgery and wasn't allowed to lift for 6 weeks... it is getting close to when I can get back into the gym!
