lol. I've been doing Dorian like workouts since Sept. One or two warmups and one work set to failure. Great workouts and they only take about 60-75 mins. Spot on about the rest, though.
When i had been training for maybe a year or so, I did that type of workout and it really was a great way to train. Might go back to it. Do you just do the warm-ups before each body part but not with each exercise?
