I just started doing deads and rack pulls again....I'm not sure what pin I was at yesterday but I did the same exact thing except the shrugs.........I'll do those today when I shoulder press.How far are you bending your knees when you do yours?

I only bend the knees as far as necessary to keep the upper body in the right position, don't bend over too far. The 4th pin is just below my knee caps and the 3rd is a couple inches lower.
