gym opened today so caught up 2 workouts curcuit tri sets
sets of 10/12 reps wise
set one front press smith,hammer reverse pulldown,curl with curl bar 2x around
set 2 side lateral,low cable row's,rope curls x2
set 3 bent over cable reverse delt,curl machine,tbar row x2
set 4 seated db prss delt,standup pulldown/pullover,shrugs x2
then shrugs to rear x2
forearms rope curls and abs superset and reverse wrist curl behind back cable
1 hr workout total great pump something different...good catch up day.
