well if you do this 10x then you are in good shape. Is this your cardio workout or are you "Training" here?adjacent to your Gym Training? you will develop great stamina and a bit of muscle but i think this is a cardio fat burning workout. I have done this type of workout sprinting to stations with diffrent bodyweight exercises. it works well.
Training for spartan race and goruck right now. Field next to my gym.

Because shit gets a lot different when you are 35+ A lot of these steroid addicts on this site are 20 something punks who have literally nothing to show fo ranything and when they are 38 will be nothing at all.

I pack a whole bunch of stuff in this valise and bring it to the track w me. Underneath the rope is a Skilz speed sack for sprints. Also have sandbags I stuff in the green GI bag. The orange cones are good tool too. Also have other dumbbells not seen in the photo that go in there too.
