Thanks! Last few days have been much easier. I think I'm starting to adjust to the diet. Here are a couple more pics. Still holding a lot of fat, but its slowly going away. I may try to get some regular photos when I take a trip home. I can only do mirror shots at the moment b/c I am working out of state.
3/4 pose helps you look thinner...i think I'm 5'9, and weighed in today at 203 lbs. Looks like I lost about 4 lbs this past week. I didnt do any cardio the last week, and I only did 3 full body workouts. The diet is much much easier this past week. I am not craving the junk, and I'm not as tired. I've been eating a LOT of red meat though (steaks, ground beef, etc). Trying to keep my food intake high, so that my strength doesnt drop a lot. Eventually I will either drop teh calories more, or do more cardio, but for now, this is enough to keep the weight coming off. I will try to get a picture posted soon of teh update for this week.

Taken today: Tuesday, May 19, 2009Height: 5'9Weight: 203 LbsIt's been a little over 2 weeks since I started my diet at a weight of 215 Lbs. Lost 8 Lbs the first week, and about 4 Lbs the 2nd Week. I think a good goal would be to be at around 190 Lbs in 2-3 weeks. And then at 180 lbs 2-4 weeks after that. Hopefully I wont have to go below 180 lbs to look ripped, but I'll see as I go. Definitely not lean yet.
I have dieted down before and was about 170 lbs when I was lean. That was a few years ago though. I have gained some size since then, so I think 180 is a good goal. You may be right though. I guess we will see...

Here is a pic of when I cut down a few years ago. Weighed about 175 lbs in the after photos... I think at around 180-185 I should start looking decent again with this diet. Hopefully I will weigh more than I did back then otherwise, maybe I havent progressed much.
