On the ESPN Olympia broadcast, Jim Quinn had stated that Billy Smith did skin fold measurements on Mike Arvilla in Gold's Venice a week before the show. Quinn went on to say that Mike was the only bodybuilder ever to measure at 0.0.
Where the hell did this come from?

Mike!

I haven't been on getbig for a while... what happened?  You're looking awesome man.  Ignore what some of these tools on here have to say- you've come a long way.  I know how hard it is- I started my own "road to compete" last fall- we'll see how it goes.  Judging by how you're looking I've got some major catchup to do.   :-\

Its really bad design to make people mouseover the links to actually see where they go.

It isn't a mouseover to see where you go, it is a mouseover to increase picture size so they don't have to go back and forth between pages (how it was before).

It's a learning process.

Cheri Lane may ultimately become a great website designer. The mouseover menu isn't teh shit right now, the bars should IMO be readable w/o having to mouse over them. A site should always be extremely easy to figure out.

But, I'm sure the site will get better. I had the sound turned off, but hopefully those terrible buzzing sounds are a thing of the past.

A suggestion: Don't put up pics of a chubby and then cut up Arvilla.

I would guess most of the clients are average Joe's, so get some pics of Arvilla training clients. Get rid of all pics of Arvilla and Cheri Lane in their home, you want to come across as personal, not private.

A few quotes from people being trained by Arvilla is a nice touch, Defendis giving Arvilla credit in some nice quote would be sweet as well.

Be personal, never private.

Don't post pics of Arvilla from his contests either. The posing trunks and the Pro Tan looks hideous to many potential clients. You could perhaps post some model type of pics, where Arvilla is wearing long boxers or classy surf pants.

Always consider: "What would George 54, overweight Christian and CEO of Exxon think when watching this stuff? Will both he and Rosemary 48, homewife in suburban Florida, feel communicated when reading this?

Arvilla is the instructor with all the knowledge. Not the guy who were coached through diet and training to reach a contest condition.

Get some banner from that PT organisation that Arvilla has a membership with.

liar   >:(

We both like the bio-hazard doors.  I guess I will have to put directions over the menu on how to use it ("the click here to activate this feature" must not be enough).   :-\

And yes, it is defintely a learning process.

Thank you for your suggestions Zack.
