I guess i stopped reading when he said that i had done upper body at leasts 3 times more in my life than lower
body.........from day one (i read a lot before i even stepped foot in a gym)
i squatted (got up to a 500 lb squat when i weighed 300 lbs)
wrecked my knees from years of heavy squats and hacks (6 plates per side at one time on the hack squat)
so.................i never was a "beach bodybuilder" i always wanted to be a bodybuilder from day 1
