i pm him about his training, he lift heavy all the time, and do light training anytime to recover, but light mean for him --- in squat 500 for 25 reps or 585 for about 15 to 18 reps. in the bench he would do 225 and 315 and 405 for as many as he can do. he can deadlift between 740 and 765 raw.
