Again this is dumb as shit gitmo should remain open, if obama thinks thats going to add fuel to the fire and thats why he is closing it he wouldnt be ok with showing caskets of soldiers returning home from war either...
The Republicans say GITMO is a "resort" with "better healthcare than the majority of Americans receive".
Wouldn`t you rather have them at a Supermax type Prison which is a bit more prison-like and better secured?
Also, the concentration of terrorists would not be in one spot as they are now in GITMO which is more dangerous if rescuing terrorists is a goal of Al-Quada (which it is not). Divvying them up in Supermaxes would surely confuse Al-Quada as they would never know where to find their hombres.
