ok, comrades its been a week i started my training and feeling good,but at this point of time theres only 1 intention just to train,also due to other $ commitments cant afford to have goodies,so can i rely on junk foods just for the sake of calorie intake?i intend to keep my cardio once a week for an hour or so. how do you guys train and eat around these circumstances???
