Everything shrinks but the midsection for the first week or two. This is the shittiest part. I look worse two weeks in. Back fat will never go unless I decide 120lbs is a good look for me.

Did you listen to that interview with by Dave Palumbo of Lyle McDonald on rxmuscle? He talked about unique fat loss patterns experienced by women and he was saying how often women can get very lean up top and gain fat below in the same process. Research showed that fat cells can actually transfer in womenI thought that was very interesting
Missed that one...most women have a hard time getting the lower body lean. I don't have a problem getting lean everywhere, it just takes longer for the lower body, and I have to get to an overall lower level of BF to lean out my legs... I have a hard time believing that fat cells actually transfer from one area to another.

What happens to your upper body while you are getting your legs so lean. Does it get leaner or do you lose a lot of fullness and possibly some definition?
