  I’ve seen this before.

The “acting” was amusing.
The (hopefully) intentional discrepancy of (a lot) less than 5 plates seen in the mirror after his “set” was the best part. Also caught a flash when he hopped up from the bench.

Don’t know if they’re cut out for their own reality show, but this seems like maybe a testing of the waters.

They've had an online thing for a while, but there were some stories a while back about them doing an actual reality show.

If that was a true 500lbs Jeff Hardy would have been crushed and killed. Note when he lifts that the camera doesn't show the plates on the bar. Mind you, there are WWE stars that can hurl five bills like nothing.
