in spite of what the fear patrol is saying........it can......and has been used safely by thousands of bodybuilders for decades.........
the problem people run into is they dose too high, make themselves uncomfortable........the y figure if 300 mgs is working so good, then 600mgs will work twice as good........thinking like this will run you into problems. keep the dose low, 150-200-250 mgs a day, nothing crazy......you will lose the weight slower, but it will be safer for you in the long run.........personally , i have never needed to use DNP...........if you eat like your supposed to, and start your diet when your supposed to........then there is no need for last minute black magic like DNP.
but at the right dose, it is perfectly safe and efficacious to use.........and dont let any of the fearmongers on here tell you any different.
