and yes Ronnies arms are in the 23 inch department on contest day.....take .5 inch off the tricep and the bicep of fat from 24 and your right there....thats a BIG ass arm!!..... id like to see half of us on here what our measurements are... not off season RIPPED.... id say a high percentage is like 17-18 inches if that... 23 inches is nuts

I agree, Ronnie has nothing to prove.  Regardless of his current condition, if he is truly enjoying what he is doing, then the more power to him.  Most people go through life doing something they hate.  That said, he wouldn't be smashing anyone if he came back.  We've heard this comeback talk for a few years and I believe that is all it is, talk.  If Ronnie tried to compete in the Olympia again, he would easily get defeated by bodybuilders that he would have previously crushed while in his prime.  There would be no point in him daring to come back.

Hey guys,

Just got back from the NPC Maryland States, VERY competitive show.

Guest Poser was 8X Mr. Olympia BIG RONNIE COLEMAN, he was very entertaining as always a huge crowd pleaser, and they measured his arms and quads on stage (and brought up an audience member as a witness to do it), arms were 24 inches, quads were 32 inches!  Still looking HUGE as always and looks healed up from his injuries.

My guess is we'll keep seeing Ronnie promise a comeback, he'll never do a show, and he'll just keep guest posing for another 3 years.  And why not?  He's earned it.
