He did have Surgery to remove scar tissue, but the pic is fake. He does look
different, but hardly as bad as the fake picture

There are more pics of him from last night at a fight on BloodyElbow.com and he does look bad, but not that bad.. Wandy = plastic surgery.............. Never thought I would type that in the same sentence unless it was talking about wandy's opponent.

I love when people get botched up plastic surgery and always claim is was to fix a deviated septum or some other bullshit excuse besides the truth, which is they felt insecure about their appearance and went to the surgeon for help

He was an ugly guy and needed some more than just "touching up" but why would he do it before his fight career is over? He probably thinks he can become an actor starring as the good guy, when he already had the perfect bad guy looks. And...he should beat up the plastic surgeon who turned him into a gay looking twink. I suggest he goes out and fight some tough opponents to get his old looks back.
