How very British,  you have the misfortune to become a paraplegic, but rather than move to someplace designed for wheelchairs,  you hire a very strong manservant to carry your wheelchair all over the house...

I enjoyed that movie. 

The big fat homosexual at Block Buster commented "that movie is extremely disturbing" last time I check it out.
