How many of you guys get sore and stiff joints from gh? im using 5ius 5 days on 2 days off and my knees and elbows are always stiff!!

on 4iu per day im ok, over 6iu a day i get stiffness in my wrists and ankles

i take 6ius all in a.m. and i get some stiffness in jounts, knees yes, thumbs and writst :)

For conditioning and dieting, yes I agree. For growth, noticeable growth...I disagree.

more=better...although i dont think most people should incorporate gh untill they are already maxing out on aas, t3, insulin, clen, etc.  its very expensive and not as effective as other drugs.

I luckily can get growth for pennies on the dollar...so I can take whatever dose I like for however long...and its pharm grade :-)
