Victoria Kirsanova won the overall bikini at the 2009 NPC Tournament of Champions this past weekend here in Culver City, on September 12th. Victoria has kept moving up in the ranks here in California NPC, and finally got the overall. Victoria is originally from Russia, and has an interesting history in where she worked, including Ringling Bros circus and Medeival Times.
