315 aint SHIT when you're 300 pounds yourself.

Now, post a few 20 yr old photos, to keep yourself living in that little dream insted of facing your reality which you have infront of you right now.
HAHAHAHA! 300 lbs!!!  yeah, maybe his leftover food stains weigh 300 lbs, but there's no way that stinky has been nobody, weighs under 450......... 8)

Oh god not another mouthy nobody trying to fit in somewhere he can't.  Save it you don't see me flooding threads you relate to like cock-sucking and butt fucking guys.  So don't try and to act like something you aren't

That is my barbarian look

Good cop out.  Typical response from someone like you.  And why would I challenge you in a bb contest.  I never challenged you and not once have I ever said I was a BB, ever thought of competing or anything close.  I chose a sport that I became a National and World Champion in.  Please list exactly what BB contests you have won.  You are on here trying to make you look better by putting me down and I am willing to shut your mouth and prove you wrong.  See you started it.  The problem guys like you have is you have no ammo to fight with.  Sure you can call me fat but honestly is that ll you got.  Anything I say I can either prove with photos or you can simply call the Gold's Gym in Honolulu or Kona or ask many other very reputable people who know how strong I was and am.  I crack up when people like you try so hard to make yourself look better than possible by trying to belittle someone else.  it is hilarious.  Please come at me with something better than you have so far.  Cause it is really weak.
Are you eating while you're on the phone repping 315?

Is that how you got all these food stains on your shirt? or are you like all fat lazy people and just don't care about your appearance?.... Like your overgrown finger nails and reported body order at the Arnold, for instance?

How you can rip on Swed, dov, and leafybug......when they're all in shape, young and have their whole life ahead of them with their families and you're just a fat slob that lives in the past that makes nothing but excuses ::)

You ignorance shines with every post.  You are about as impressive in anything as Johnnynobody is.  You gotta love kids like you who will never ever be impressive no matter how much you talk on the internet.  The only things you two may have going for you is parts in movies where they need skinny, ugly gay looking guys to play a dead body.  you guys are my daily dose of "funny".  I love watching under-achievers mock others to make themselves look better.  Hurry up with some more cause I gotta go pretty soon and I need more funny.   hahahaha

hahaha, for fuck sake man, look at your life.

Hey, stand up and jump 5 times just for the heck of it?

oops, you cant even do that, prisoner in your own body.

You cant pretty much do any sport at all can you? This whole "haha you guys are nothing" only works for so long buddy, One of these days you accidentally look yourself in the mirror and break down and cry, and then your fatass wouldn't be able to get up again haha.

100 pounds, and that means in reality about 75-80 in 3+ years hahahaha.

And he has the nerve to rag on other people hahahahaha.

to be honest, it doesnt really matter if he looses the weight, he will just end up with a huuge ammount of loose skin, the dudes life is pretty much over.

That's just it..........instead of bettering himself he rather cut down others and use his past, cause that's all he has.

Poor kid really needs to roll away from the buffet table.

Kid you'll never make it.  I remember back in 1978 when I banged Nell Carter at the battle of the network stars.  I accomplished more in my life than all you snot nosed punks combined.  I appeared on an episode of McGyver where I fell on him and he had to fashion a blow torch with a bic lighter, a used tampon and a vanilla wafer to burn me to get me off him.  You kids will never amount to shit sitting in your mamas basement.

His caregiver told me that he will be stuck on the toilet for a bit cause the board he uses to slide from his rascal to the pot snapped in half and he just has to sit there and wait till someone brings him a new obese transfer board.

No, you started it. You say no warm up, walk in gym and rep out 225. I, along with others, ask to see it. Then, you say that you need time. I never claimed to be able to rep out 225, then you challenge me to bench/milpress competition. WTF? That's why I challenged you to a BB contest. See how stupid both are? Again, faaar less than 1% of gym members around world can stand mil press 225 for one solid rep.

Bottom line....Can you(fatman) walk into any gym in one hour from now and rep out 225 on stand mil press? Just for clarification, I cannot. I'm guessing that you can't either.
