                  it's only gay if you want it to be, not that there's anything wrong with that. i lost some respect for jcg the first time i viewed this clip.however if you read the book muscletown usa you'll find that all wasn't what it appeared to be among the "manly men of muscletown".

I saw a 2 plate a side for 12 with a pause at the bottom each time today, that impressed me. As I can do a plate a side for 1!!

I usually do a strict hang clean and press with 135lb for 10-12 reps. Not sure what I could press for a single though.
I can power clean an impressive amount but wouldn't be able to press it out.

Press w/hip drive = Push Press

Press with no hip drive = "Military"

Sometimes people confuse the two.
