youve got to change the way you stand in the relaxed pose...its ridiculous.
legs too wide apart, arms out too far.
it spreads your physique and flattens it and gives the impression of less pec thickness and less density all over.
also, please reduce the amount of DRAMA prior to hitting poses and in between them. its out of control.
for mandatories, just hit the bloody pose when asked. then hold it.
dont get me wrong, its not just you. but you are copying others.
its like a virus.
