What are these bumps?

Someone fill me in on what these bumps are we see on pro bodybuilder's abs.  As you can see, there are more bumps seen on the legs here.  Are the bumps on the abs from GH?  Are these bumps basically injection sites? I have no idea, so some insight would be nice.  This pic of Dexter is just an example (and unfortunately the best example I can find right now) but, i've seen it much worse on many other pros.

well im going to take a wild guess

they are one of a few things... tiny knots or hernias in the muscles, could be cysts, or injection sites where the tissue has scarred a bit.

Perfectly normal and benign, very prevalent in the population at large, not any type of side-effect.

It's from lipostabil, an injection solution used for local fat burning which can create these bumps when parts of that stuff encapsulates subcutaneous. Know several guys who used that shit and had the same stuff going on. It's definately from that, cause noone would shoot roids into his abs lol.

Not to alarm you but the cock is not a common place for them to appear.  Might want to see the doc anyway, if you were serious.

I know real natties who have these too. They can be natural for the most part, but I'm sure that some of them are related to drugs. I've also heard of certain steroids causing them to protrude more than normal.

I'm lean enough to see a couple of these on my stomach as well. You can hardly feel them when there's adipose covering them, but lo and behold. Never injected anything in those areas too so it's not from that.
