SEATED cable flyes (done strictly ofcourse) ...
no inclined, etc..but just sitting on a bench upright and doing strict flyes! Feel great throughout the entire range of motion and even with suspect shoulders like mine..felt very good! Definately worth a try!
those that use heavier weights while standing should try them seated as well to better isolate and remove alot of leg and body drive into the fly and get that fly/press hybrid thing going on. 70lbs in each hand was pretty stiff work performing these while doing them standing is effortless. Definately a solid addition to my training.
