Steroids do burn fat
« on: December 16, 2009, 07:41:44 PM »
In my experiences I have never seen juice directly burn fat but am currently using a regimen that has me do cardio 2x a day and I basically eat nothing but protein and starve myself. Natural i would lose considerable muscle but being on I am getting ripped superfast.Really hard but I am cutting up faster than on ephedrine, clen, or t3 which I hate and never take anyhow. Any additional advice for diet appreciated

Sounds like the steroids you take helps keep the muscle you have while loosing fat through diet and cardio. As far as diet goes try to get some fiber in there, because a diet of protein and fat will lead to diarrhea and or constipation + fiber helps you get the most out of your protein anyhow by preventing stomach issues... Just don't take that fiber post workout or it will prevent you from getting the most out of your PWO shake/meal...

If you are starving yourself, meaning I take it, hungry often that is a way to lose weight.  Be careful though you may dig into your muscle stores if you go too long between meals.  I like the saying you gotta eat to lose weight/fat and think it is true.  But on the flip side you cant be walking around full of food all the time and expect to lose weight/fat.  So if you wanna lose weight/fat at a decent clip I feel you need to suffer a bit.  If not you are probably not dieting hard enough.  It is a fine line though between being catabolic and anabolic.

No matter what IMO if your/anyones goal is to get in shape and drop 30lbs to get in some single digit body fat levels type condition (5%-7%) you will have to suffer on the diet some.  Unless someone wants to take a year or something and drop it real slow.  Problem with that though is you lose sight of the goal if you don't set a firm goal like "I will be in shape in 3 months".
