One of the main reasons the show was successful was that all of the "team" were friends off camera. All of them had fun working together and there were no internal disputes among them. I think Peppard was mentoring Dwight Schultz.
 Unfortunately the girl who played Amy Allen was the odd woman out and Peppard apparently had her kicked off the show.

I've got all five seasons of the original A-team. Gotta start watching them when time permits.
