of course he is natural and he is thin. His conditioned muscle gives off illusion of him being bigger then he really is.

He's 155 in that pic. That's one of his older ones (Kane Sumabat) taken in 2000.

Yes...but it requires what some might call "sacrifice."  You got to be willing to diet for a long time, and also go a 'weeeeee' bit hungy during the day.

What did your diet look like when you achieved this condition?

I had friend that looked kinda like this guy. My friend was natural and weighed about 140lbs. Ripped. When he stood by himself he was quite impressive, but put him next to a guy that weighed even 15lbs than him and he just looked ripped, but no impressive size.

At that point it was low carb, low fat, low calories...  AND... it isn't pleasant.

The good thing is though, when you start to get very lean, you can see results almost daily with each morning you wake up, so it gives you motivation to keep going.  At the beginning of a diet there is a period where you are losing weight, but still look fat, and because of the lost weight you also start to look small and feel weak.  It's a bad feeling and hard to get past pyschologically.  If you push beyond though, then you start to look good again slowly but surely even though your strength continues to drop.

I weighed 175 lbs in those pics at 5'9.  I hope to surpass that weight the next time I diet down that far.

Did you chuck in a cheat day once the leaness started to show to help keep youe metabolism stoked and off balance ?

Dude,  you look like an athlete thats all. you need to focus on balance if you want to bodybuild. I am a short guy and i could out mass you at any bodyfat. Props for the determination. the reason I say this is because you don't show your legs.

It's very possible you do outmass me.  I'm a lifetime natural.  Nothing special.

I was natural up to about 200lbs . You do have balance though. I don't know what you plan on doing in the future, but with a little more mass you could kill at tested shows. that is if you have a back to match the rest of your developement
