My ripped contemporary! What are your current plans for twinkdom this year?

I am currently on about 2800 calories and training 6 days a week. I will ride this caloric level out for a while. Should provide a good showing this year and I figure I may as well post a few pics in the process.

Good luck man, I'll get into even more ripped condition this year. Hope to be shredded at around 160.
