Why would they? to risk injury and a possible torn muscle?!!

and if you go by that why would you rationele then you would only do 1 specific excercise per bodypart,,, doing front militaries for ant delt and front raises for ant delt would be redundant...
if you go by the risk injury theory then no one would train at all,,, every excercise is a risk of injury and torn muscle...
it's not a silly question Cap,,, haney used to do power clean & press,,, so did arnold,,,, they do work the delts...
yeah jays been trainin long time and all that so pick excercises that are safe and low impact/risk but so did & do a lot of other bb'rs.

wonder if he does dl,,, know hes does or used to do str8 leg dls...
one thing is for sure,,, jay aint doin no muscle-ups lol,,, and thats not to say he couldn't if he wanted to.
