Melvin, you don't have enough muscle on your frame to refine it much more. Talking to judges after a show is not always helpful. What do you expect them to say? They aren't always honest because they don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. You can go by what the lads here tell you. They don't hold anything back. If you look like crap they will tell you. If you have improved you will hear that, too.
You have to really train hard and build up some size and for you that means about 2 or 3 years of serious training. You are so obsessed about winning a place in a contest that you forget that bodybuilding is about building a large muscular body. Then you chisel away until you are ripped and ready. You are still looking for a shortcut and will get the same result Arvilla got in his last show. Nowhere.
Unlike you Basile, I'm not popping Dianabols like tic tacs. I've seen your non-drug photos and you looked
Now its time to embarrass you and give you some shame for messing with me. Ladies and Gentleman. I present to you this fine and creepy piece of writing. Don't bother locking it up because I've already saved the entire screen. May I ask why are you taking pictures of obvious teenagers without any permission from their parents???
http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/11257377_2jdcH#789696144_kVvrCI was shooting Katoomba Falls and noticed some lads enjoying the waterfall so took several photos of them. About half an hour later they were up at the lookout where I was and I recognized them and told them I had taken some photos. So I got them to pose for a few more just to identify them and have some good snaps for souvenirs. Naturally, most of these people are tourists enjoying the beautiful Blue Mountains. These lads were fit because it didn't take them long to walk up out of the valley below. So Basile, Do you enjoy taking pictures of "young lads" that are complete strangers. Did you ask their parents permission to take their pictures???
BTW, I put it in the purple font just like you like it
