I can't see Branch placing any lower than 2nd due to his Olympia victory. I think it would be difficult to relegate him to anything less than that. Not saying he definitely deserves 2nd, but if you do well in the MR. O it seems like that might follow you even if you don't show up in the best condition. Though, I could be wrong.
