eating 2 strips of bacon a day

good or bad?  I know they are high in fat but they taste so good.  my diet is clean and spot on besides that.  i have been eating 2 strips a day for the past week and a half, but i will stop if people think they are bad and will make me fat / have bad cholesterol.

Probably not that bad if everything else is clean.  Not much protein there

Turkey bacon.
If you can swing the taste - most can - it's much healthier than pork bacon.

That being said, if the worst thing you eat all day is two strips of bacon early in the morning, the amount of cortisol you're releasing from worry is more detrimental than anything in your breakfast.
