I'm sorry to break it to you, but the before picture is clearly displaying a physique that has been put together by a few years of hard work (Look at the chest and the muscle density displayed in the arms).

At the most, I could see the guy being introduced to a true diet regimen, followed by some well-planned diuretic use, but besides that, this would have been an easy project.
