I want to get some sight/scope on my ar-15. I would love to undermount some type of system too.

not sure as I also want to make one. Might keep the RRA one slightly upgraded and then make the new one for long distance shooting. I want to paint it myself, maybe in a digi camo. Rather do it from the start than on the rra and have to take it all apart.

on the rock, i'm thinking about taking off the carry handle and probably just putting on a red dot sight of a holographic sight, change the hanguard to a pic/weaver style guard, maybe add a psitl grip and undermount a light.

for the new one, not sure of the sight yet. Thinking of the 24" barrle and undermount a launcher (even though i won't use that part, or rarley anyway lol). Not sure whether to go with the ar-10 or 15 set-up.

You would never need a 24" barrel...the velocity drop is barely noticable....hell, my long rang AR has a 20" barrel and I have hit steel, and hogs out to 1100 yards....I will post a pic of it when/if I ever get home...

Its just a pelican case.....I traced the gun, and cut out the foam with a hot knife...
