I know that GetBig is known for ripping guys to shreds even if they have a decent physique, but I'm looking for some advice. I've been training consistently for over 5 years. Usually heavy weight 4-5 times a week, 2-3 bodyparts each workout. I have a decent knowledge of proper training prinicipals, but for the last couple of years I have made little to no progress. I know that I can and should look better than I currently do and I am ready to take my training to the next level. I'm a lifetime natural and the only supps I've used are Protien, Creatine, and Multivatims.
I'm not trying to acheive that "juiced up pro" look, but I have always admired the classic bodybuilder physique and would like to starting looking a bit more bodybuilder-like. I'm looking for 2-3 concrete ideas and changes that I can incorperate into my regime in order to achieve maximal longterm results. Any advice on training, dieting, supplements, or even posing would be appreciated. I can handle the criticism but please try to keep it constructive. Like I said, 2 or 3 concrete ideas which I can immidiately put into action.
