i doubt it will take care of pre existing acne scars, but it would help prevent them from occuring again in the future.

what are you currently doing for your skin? maybe i could help

do you use soap and shampoo everytime you shower?

what temperature is the water when you shower?

do you ever wash your face? if so, with what?

cold water definitely helps. keep up the cold showers. theyre also good for metabolism.

i would not use soap everytime you shower. shampoo yes, if your hair gets greasy.

try using some plain anti bacterial soap with nothing added (water based) and just use a bit of that in your privates and under arms. only shower with soap 2-3 times a week. and when you do, try a light exfoliating body wash with a loofa scrub. that should help get rid of the scarring.

My best advice on Accutane is to throw that shit in the garbage, there are thousands of suits trying to get this drug off the market as soon as possible because of all the side effects people are getting "years" down the road from using it. It's a last case scenario drug, meaning it's the last fucking thing on earth you would want to take for acne problems.

Accutane is like the DNP of anti-acne medications...

Showers, clean shirts, diet...there are so many things that can help prevent acne.

I am living proof accuatane gets rid of scars. I took that shit couple years ago...cleared my acne right up. Scars slowly faded. You would never be able to tell I ever had any acne within 6 months after the treatment.

if you were one of these freshmen in high school who suffered from acne it sucks . Accutane literally changed my life man I can't imagine what my junior senior years of high school would of been like if I didnt take accutane. Showers, clean shirts, diet 9 out of 10 times will not help it. I have known people that spend tons of money on facials, new creams, antibiotics, etcetc for years and it never went away.
dirt has NOTHING to do with acne. homeless people have been taken off the street and have shown many times to have perfect skin. Ask any decent dermatologist and you will see I am right.
