I have clearly and with proof leaned out in the past and been in great shape. I did it using the methods I am using now and it worked fantastic and over a time frame I found acceptable. The end result was exactly what I wanted.
You, on the other hand, are fat, have shown ZERO proof that you were ever in shape, and have no personal verified proof that anything you say works at all.
So, overall, where do you get off giving advice to someone who has used his own methods effectively and had great results.
