As a civilized country we're alloted freedom of expression. If someone wants to burn a book, we're progressed enough to know that they should be allowed to as it doesn't mean dick.

No one ever said that flying a plane into a building was OK, none of the other millions of non-radical muslims approve or condone what happened on september 11th.

Some one on GETBIG once said that non of the "good" muslims are protesting against the "bad/radical" muslims, which is incorrect... but also I thought this person woudl like to  know that there are a lot of campaigns on Arabic TV against this.....  My in-laws watch a lot of Arabic TV (which I personally hate watching) and since I've been in Florida and spending a lot of time with my in-laws, they watch a lot of the egyptian channels here through Satellite dish, and I have been watching with them and I noticed a lot of the arabic channels are now airing anti-terrorism and anti-fundamentalistic ads, preaching how this is wrong and is not equivelant to islam!

Personally, I don't give a shit if that preacher burns the quran or not.... Glad it makes him feel better, but its not really "bettering" the situation, its just gonna piss off people and make matters worst - but if thats the effect he is going for then..... whatever makes him happy!

Very funny and sad commentary on how these people measure the importance of human life versus a stranger 5,000 miles away burning some pieces of paper.

Muslims blow other Muslims up on a daily basis, conduct suicide bombings at mosques and stone people to death for adultery. Yet a non-Muslim living in Shitsville Florida was able to unleash a firestorm of international controversy merely by "threatening" to burn some Korans. These people treat their fellow Muslims like garbage and nobody says a peep.
