weakness in right hip at lockout; oh brother here we go again. stretched it out, applied biofreeze and decided to put a plate on it and do a single... if it goes it goes F'it.

eaziest set of the night. controlled it to proper depth and popped it up; felt goooood. The guys said "you squat down so slow it looks soooo heavy but then you explode it up and make it look sooo lite".

no pain once again but cut it high 4"-6"; not intense when i unracked it, didn't breath in deep enough and hold enough air; didn't reach back with my butt when I started to go down. That's a me problem.

no pain got lower but not low enough 2" high. I was intense, I did get my air, I did reach back, I just didn't stay in the fight long enough to make depth, That's a me problem, BUT I feel really positive about the squat session as a whole. Next week I wanna go to 800-825.
