Because he's been around the same weight his whole career. Between 250-265.  No huge jumps in weight like, Ronnie, Kai, Heath and others.

So, I'm walking down the stairs entering the expo and there's these two white dudes in front of me and a white guy in front of them...It was schmoemaster MadMax6 aka, Dave Bourlette aka, Jay's left nut and the guy in front of them was Jay.....Wide as fuck....Dave was ensuring Jay could maneuver through the crowd untouched. ::)
