In all honesty, she probably has the nastiest skin/acne you'll ever see in your life..I met her at two pro shows and was shocked up close, she wears a shitload of makeup to cover it up, I think it's a genetic thing, just really bad skin
full of pores and craters

Hell no it's not genetic!  It's all the weight loss drugs etc.  I known several female friends that once they jump on the diet pills their face breaks out in acne and their upper chest area.  Like clockwork.
