So I've been trying "die-meth" (

) on and of for a month or so. Yesterday I jogged for 30 minutes continuously on the treadmill. Now I get winded after 5 fucking minutes, so that tells you something. This shit is better than even ephedrine for aerobic endurannce.
As for weights? I don't really like that "too much Ultimate Orange" feeling when I lift weights. I actually feel tweaked out and sort of weak on it, like a used up matchstick.
I'll be buying more, but I won't be using it for lifting.
