not sure if my opinion matters here anymore since you are under the impression that I am natural.

But I DO NOT clean all the time, not even close, but I do have a plan that I do my best to follow, if I diverge I diverge... its the off-season!  I have bodybuilding A.D.D. in that I'm constantly changing my mind about if I wanna cut or bulk in the off-season, but I think that on and off kinda works out well for me LOLL

For competition prep, thats a different issue, I stay on the diet and don't diverge period... sure I've caved and cheated at times... but it'll be like ONCE in 16 weeks!

I don't doubt that you've been training for a long time and met tons of people at numerous gyms!

You just said you don't eat like eat like a bodybuilder because you're not one, but you are making a judgement on someone who's been eating like a bodybuilder for nearly 10 years, its been my life man! Eating, training, competing!

I started lifting in 1994. I've been through ups and downs over the years but i've learned a LOT about bodybuilding in the past 15 or 16 years and i've hit some pretty good peaks.

 I ain't a newbie.

I didn't say that I don't eat like a bodybuilder. That other guy said that. I said that I stopped eating like a bodybuilding 6 months ago.

I never called you a newbie!

Look if you want to believe that about me, thats fine, its false, but you know what, its a compliment and I take it that I must be doing something right!!!  And I've said this before and I will say it again... I'm willing to put up money to back up my claim and take ANY drug test on any given day and I will pass it!

If you truly believe I'm on something, you honestly have a warped view on bodybuilding and its hard for me to believe that you've actually been around the block per say....  Believe what you want, i'm not gonna convince you otherwise, but you should probably have some higher expectations of what is possible naturally!

redstar, you're so shipshekki if I ever knew one....

anyway, I don't use protein supplements because they have 10000 other chemicals that definetely is not good for you... I allways felt like my system was "stuffy" after consuming alot of supplements... just protein snacks and fruits for me.

But I DO NOT clean all the time

Ach, you seem to be an intelligent guy. Can you please tell me your definition of "clean food", how you think it affects body composition, and what your basis for this belief is.

Clean food = healthy bodybuilding foods, lean meats, whole grains, vegetables etc. No junk food.

Think about it a pizza has like 1,000 calories, its pretty easy to get to 1,000 calories eating that.....  But you'd have to fucking eat a whole lot of lean grilled chicken breasts to get to 1,000 calories lol - so its obviously better cause of calorie control....

Aside from controlling calories, junk food - you know McD's, BK, all that shit has a ton of proccessed shit and fillers, which are in no way beneficial to bodybuilding and muscle gain, eventually they will hinder it if you keep decreasing insulin sensitivity.....

I love me some pizza and BK though  ;D

If I'm actually not cheating:

Meal 1 (Already eaten):
4 whole eggs
1 pack of oatmeal (maple and brown sugar flavor)
3 scoops whey protein

Meal 2 (Already eaten):
2 foot long subs from Subway (Whole wheat bread, grilled chicken, nothing on except a little bit of ketchup)

Meal 3:
2 scoops whey protein
1 scoop Phenom Labs Hearculean Xtreme

Meal 4 (Post work out):
2 scoops whey protein
1 teaspoon creatine
1 bottle of Gatorade Perform (24 oz bottle - Its got dextrose ;-))

Meal 5:
1 chicken breast
1 packet of rice (I like that Uncle Ben's Ready Rice)
15 Almonds

Meal 6:
2 scoops night time protein

I also take 8 tabs of fish oil, glucosamine, and multi-vitamins!

Total comes out to around; Cals: 3700, protein: 370, Carbs: 370, fat: 80
