i laugh at all these tools buying into the latest workout craze video type crap. such as this 'p90-X' thing that everyone is talking about. that or the 'crosstrain' little gimmick. haha they all pay money to do some stupid routine to 'get a workout' in fast. 'you gotta try it bro it really works!!'
there still hasnt been a better or quicker workout devised than simply running as fast as you can. its totally free and you dont need a gym:
go outside and try full sprinting (preferably up a slight incline), run as fast as your legs can physically move, and maintain your top speed for as long as you can. chances are it will only be a few seconds. do this a couple times and your body will feel like its been run over by a truck and you will be sore for days in random places, and the whole workout only took about one minute total.
Here here. I've mentioned this a few times. Nothing worse than someone talking about the P90X routine, giving each other praise for working out for 3 months and eating decent.
Meanwhile, this guy...me, has been crushing weights and diet straight for oh...about 8 years, off and on a good routine for almost 20.
The only comment I get are, "Steroids."
I marvel at the "complexity" involved in becoming fit/losing body fat. It's such a stumper of a subject?

Don't diet, change how you eat, workout consistent. In many of my past relationships, I'm amazed at how many women..especially, talk about changing their body, but do nothing but workout for a month...diet shitty, then repeat the cycle.
