I'll tell you what I do in Canada, the Hindu/Paki health stores/shops always stock it behind the counter, you just have to ask for it specifically because they don't put it out on display...

They were a reliable source for all kinds of designer steroids and also had ephedrine and yohimbine HCl in their list, but it seems to be gone.
