ECA raises your metabolism and makes you not hungry

True for a lot of people.
I have always had very immediate and lasting results from T3 without all the jitters. Even after i come off the T3 i still maintain my lean state for as long as i keep my diet tight.
For some reason 75mcg of T3 leans me out very quickly when i am eating correctly and doing a small amount of cardio.
ECA works great as well, it just givens me jitters.
6-8 weeks of T3 gets me pretty lean, but i do not ever get above 12% BF to begin with.
