I'm no stranger to pre-workout drinks and N.O. formulas and have recently been using products like NaNO Vapor, MHP Dark Rage, and Labrada's Super Charge XTreme. I just got some BSN N.O.-Xplode NT and started off with 1.5 scoops (although they say to start with 1 scoop) since I'm fairly tolerant of caffeine. OMG - about 4-6 hours later my stomach was killing me and I ended up with stomach cramps and gas for hours on end! After that, I was hesitant to try it again but finally did so. The next time I only used 0.5 scoops, just 1/3 of my original dosage. While the stomach pain wasn't nearly as bad, it was still bad enough to make me not want to use it anymore.
Does anyone have any advice other than just throwing it away? I'm guessing I can't tolerate the creatine in it. If that's the case, is there anything I can do to buffer it somehow?
