We see footage of heavy offseason training, 4 plates per side benching.

Yet his chest resembles a guy who barely trains.

Check out the gyno...

Bad genetics for chest? or wrong training style?

chest is probably not his strong point but it tends to look better with a lower BF%. so it often comes out more when you lose some fat and water.

The only guy with 21 inch lean arms who would have trouble walking into a club getting pussy would be Evan. The guy is such a dork and does not pull off "being huge" well at all. His face/personality does not fit the look.

Many people who have stronger arms have weaker chest and vice versa.  Those that have very strong of both are rare and often very dominant bodybuilders.
