oddly enough this is where I was trying to go with this thread.  I ws wondering what happens to all the big guys.  My father was a big man 6.7 375 competed in local strong man/ highland games and died at the age of 70    . Any one got family members still kicking it after 70

 My "youngest" grandma died at 80. One grandpa died at 95. One grandma still kicking at 95 and one grandpa who will turn 83 next month and still rides V-twins and drinks cocktails.

What's your point of course your no t gonna last that long at those weights you  need to eat better and lighter as you get older it's no surprise.

But this idea that tall people die younger is a bunch of bullshit (minus acromegly/other growth disorders) but a normal person that just  grows large due to diet won't die much younger.

You don't see loads of old 7 footers because there was non. If you were 6 6 in 1950 you were a giant, you would only be 6 4 by now due to shrinkage. Being 6 9 today is the same as being 6 6 50 years ago, and when your old as shit you'll shrink down 2 inches atleast. It's not rocket science this shit is well documented .

makes sense.  I have decided to drop weight.  Try to be a real lean 240 or so.   I bet it would help my joints also losing 50/60 lbs    Im getting my bf% done this week and LBM   So that will give me a better idea of how much to lose.
