i tried adding a choc scoop into a normal cup of coffee this morning.
to be honest the coffee tastes stronger with the chocolate

i didn't hate it, but i prefer my normal protein and milk shake, and coffee and milk.
i'll try the vanilla though when i buy some in.
delts - thank you for your interest, you are correct, i do have a sweet tooth, i'd bet most fat people probably have a sweet tooth.
but dont worry about the chocolate on my shelf, its been like that for 6 months now. i've not went crazy and binged on it.
my diet allows me to have a bar or 2 each day - and that is enough to satisfy any cravings.
i have also lost lots of weight eating this way, so i do not think its having any negative effect so far, in fact i think eating the way i do has been the answer to my prayers.
i can be very strict while deiting - last year i stuck a protein sparing modified fast for months, when i was homeless ( a time when i was quite down, and normally would eat to cheer myself up). but in the end the cravings took over and i had to cave in. that has always happened no matter what diet i was on, keto diets i would crave carbs, then finally binge, on low fat diets i would crave fats, and binge, etc this way i eat what my body wants to eat, what i crave, when i crave it and i feel fantastic, and as if i'm not even dieting.
the fat is falling off too.
